The serial number indicates it's a 15K from 1911. Keep in mind, there are sometimes differences between K made machines and US made machines. Based on the date it's not an IF machine = which is basically a very early 15 design. I have noticed some variations between US and Scotland made machines. Different factories and not exactly the same tooling. I don't think the 115 was made in Scotland - I think it's a safe bet that the hand crank is a 15K (oscillating bobbin) and not a full rotating bobbin machine. The hand crank is worth more than the machine.
