Hi again PJ. I will try to help. Along the top of your screen you should see several navigation links. Click the one that says "My Profile". Scroll down a little and there are two check boxes for getting email notification. Uncheck them (by clicking on the box with the check mark) and you will quit getting emails.
To navigate around the site you go into the quilting board topic you want such as pictures or introduce yourself. To view just the most recent things that have hit the board you can click the "recent topics" at the top of your screen. There are also instructional messages in each quiltboard topic. Good luck.
