If the boss is present , Jenny at Sew- Classic can fix you up with motor, cord block, controller, belt, and bolt. I'd contact her for assistance. This can be easily removed if you'd ever want to use as a treadle. Expect to spend around $50. For $5 you can get a belt and use as a treadle which is great fun and exercise. Good Luck
