I absolutely love mine. I have a Janome. You do need to check and make sure it truely makes a 1/4 inch seam. I thought mine was but it isn't. I have to move my needle one click for and exact 1/4 inch. My sister was having trouble getting her quilts to come out right. I talked her in to buying a foot. Her quilts are so much better now. You do need to still watch that your fabric ride just along your foot, but it is worth every penny you spend on it.
