I took Carol Doak's paper piecing class when it was on sale, and thought it was well worth the money. You get several free patterns with the class, and watching her demonstrate her techniques was very helpful to me even though I thought I already knew how to paper piece.
Edited to add that I noticed that she answered questions pretty quickly.
