LOL If it works out well, Loretta, I'll send you a fortune cookie! ;) Moonpi, I know there are many home recipes for fabric stiffeners that use starch (as in corn starch or potato starch), glue, hairspray, wallpaper paste, epsom salts, any number of things, but I'm a bit concerned about the attraction any of those would have to bugs. :shock: The Stiffy is something I know I can use in mixed media pieces that combine Japanese papers with fabrics, too. The fact that it is reasonably priced and readily available is also a big plus! :-D
