This was my first attempt at paper piecing and it was alot easier then I thought it would be. The original pattern showed a black background but I wanted to change it up a little. Everything in the quilt was from my stash and the pastel colors are not something I would normally use. I am very happy with the results and my Mom keeps dropping not so subtle hints that she wants it so I guess it came out OK
