Oooh, I love this dessert! So easy and so, so good! I sometimes add some chopped maraschino cherries (and a bit of the juice for a pretty colored cake!) to the batter. Yum, yum, yum!!!
You can also add some coconut to the batter and even sprinkle some on top (it toasts while the cake bakes for a great look and flavor). Any way you make this it is super easy and delicious! Thanks for posting this Zinda - I haven't made this cake in a while and you have inspired me to get one made today!
