don't know if it is a New Home. I thought about JB-Weld but because it is an iron base it get's strain when lifted. I think the bolting process will work well
I need to do some research and figure out how the handle looked. This handcrank is different from ANY other one I have. I have 1881 to 1920 handcranks from 5 different makers, NONE like this. I will take pictures tonight. It has a weird connection to the handwheel....
