I am sure I looked the block up on a free site then added my sash with leftovers and used left over HST for the boarders. I would love to see my quilt in a book. I guess no quilt is original.

It may have been re-published as a free block. Makes sense given the timelines.
Here is the professional picture of the original quilt. I was instantly smitten with it and I had to make it. I was challenged with the project when I made it. It's impressive you ended up making two!
