I'm from ND and we're getting winter here so it's "quilting season"! I'm fairly new at it, have only been making them for 4 years but do I have a stash! My mother was a seamstress and when she had to go to a nursing home last year and I cleaned out her house, I had 3 big totes full of scraps. Some of them were yardage, even. Plus there was a whole bolt of red broadcloth! So many of my quilts have quite a bit of red in them! lol I just finished a Nascar themed lap robe for my bro for Christmas.
I'm married, have been for 46 years, have 3 kids, and 6 grands. I'm looking forward to looking at pics of all your projects and it will be so nice to have a place to go to ask questions when I need help with something.
