Default Cannonballing Cancer

Cannon is my friends 2 1/2 yr old Grandson. He has been diagnosed April, 2013 with stage 4 Neroblastoma Cancer. He has had chemotherapy, 2 bio surgeries, 13 hr re sect primary tumor, stem cell transplant & radiation.

This evening he will return to Arnold Palmer hospital to start yet another treatment. Doctors say this will be very hard for Cannon, but hopefully will result in a little boy, being able to be a little boy.

BUT, now he spends much time in the hospital & in bed at home , so I wanted to make him a 'fun' quilt. I will be sending it out in tomorrows mail.

The top corners have batman & spiderman, with plastic eyes, Cannon can pick up & peek thru.
Next is a row of envelopes for notes from well wishers, that Mumma can read to him.
Then I have made Cannon his own Cape & belt, with SuperHero Cannon in the center.
A row of houses with family pictures behind the doors, to keep family close.
The last row is clear plastic(washable) pockets. For small toys, or pictures.
