I really like "Big Book of Scrap Quilts" by oxmoor house. You used to get these used really inexpensively on Amazon, but the price has gone up! some instructions, but you need to have some quilting experience.
I also like Pam Bono's "Big Book of Quick Rotary Cutter Quilts". You can still get them used pretty cheaply on amazon.
