I saw video on MSQC where I believe Natalie was working on a quilt with strips that were pinked and others that were not. When she sewed the strips together she had the pinked strips on top so she could see that she was getting the pinked edges sewn. She stated that the 1/4 seam allowance needed to be from the valley (inside pinking). I just prefer a straight edge strip. I get verbally challenged when things don't work out the way I want them to work.
