If I had those lovely fabrics, I would fussy cut them to showcase the pattern of each one then border with coordinating solids or blenders to create the design.
The trellis idea sounds like a great way to tie them all together.
I remember a beautiful quilt that had large diamonds as the focal "gardens" then smaller ones surrounding and filling in to the edge of the quilt.
This one is going to be gorgeous however you do it.
