What a great conversation piece, and functional when you need an extra table for the family dinners. No question about it being solid, that's for sure!
When you come south and toodle around .... you'll have to go to Floradale to a little Mennonite lunch spot in the old post office and general store. Not only have they kept much of the old furnishings (including the PO boxes with the names!) but have many treadles as the dining tables. Fun, eh? hhhmmmmm ... come to think of it, there's a golf course right near by to it!
