I was looking at a Singer Sewing machine at an estate sale today and I looked at the serial number which was as best I could see, was JC8059080. In the Singer Database there are no serial numbers listed that start with JC. The machine has a bullet bobbin and the bobbin winder is at the top of the machine. It is in a domed wooden case which is in very nice condition. They are asking $85 for this machine. Does anyone know about Singer Serial Numbers that start with JC. They also have a babylock machine with several large spools of thread for $65 but since I basically do only quilting I don't believe I have any use for the babylock machine.
