A lot of times those can be cleaned up and made to work. Usually there is enough oil on them the rust cleans off and the machine will work just fine. I would start by cleaning off the rust/dried up oil. I have used bicycle chain oil since it has something in it that takes care of rust. Those 15s are so much more machine than a FW.
