Also a bullet shuttle of that vintage and with the bobbin winder up top is a 128 or a 127, depending on the size of it. 128 - 3/4 size, 127 - full size.
The bobbin winder moved right around 1913.
If it's a knee lever machine, make sure the knee lever is there, it may be locked into position in the top of the dome.
