I finished my "Lovely" top and am now stuck on what backing color to order. I'm going to scallop the outer border and bind with black. I plan on FMQ lots of feathers and swirls on my DSM. I love all the colors in this quilt but which one should I pick? I can order any of the fabrics shown in the top. I keep gravitating towards the solid blue or green that has the little squares in it but wonder if it's too 'solid' which can sometimes show mistakes in FMQ more than a busier fabric. Then again I think having little (or big) flowers all over the back would be too much.
Would welcome your thoughts as to color of backing, thread color to use and FMQ suggestions!![/QUOTE

There are some fabrics that are just so hard to cut into.I finally have decided what pattern I will be using to make a quilt from this line. There are just some fabrics
