I have made my first quilt for kids. I told the lady at the quilt store the kind of batting I wanted, but I'm afraid it's too 'fat'. Should I send it anyway? I will be sure to get some lower loft for the next one I'm doing. Also, I noticed they ask you to wash the quilts with a 'color catcher'. Where can you buy that?
