I just joined a local art quilt group. Our challenge this month is transparency, so I found this on Pinterest which gave me an idea for my project. Transparency Illusion. Here, a two-dimensional illustration portrays depth when an interval between two hues gives the illusion of transparency. The color that appears to be lying on top of the other depends on which one the interval is closest to in hue.
