It is always such a shame when we find photos that don't have the names of the people in them written on the back. I know I have both found some and have some of my own that are like that. Must go through them and update as many as possible for my children. It is so wonderful that you have that very old photo and that it is in such good condition! I am of German heritage so it was great of you to post this with as much information as you have. I looked up Tessin and it looks like it might be near the bottom edge of the Baltic Sea? Do you still live in that area of Germany?
PS: I just went and looked at your blog. Sure wish I had kept up with the little bit of German I had in college so I could read it.
