Thanks, Judy! I got the templates at http://www.korthalsaltes.com - they've got a LOT of them. Just print them out on the heavier cardstock paper, score the lines on the back of the paper (I used a tracing lightbox) and glue them together. I like these because they have little tabs to glue. I used a gluestick on mine, and it sees to have worked very well!
