I use mine 24 hours a day. I have a throw for the seating and I sleep under quilt. My dogs have their own and much prefer a quilt made with polyester than cotton batting. How can they tell which is which not sure but they can.
A quilt is to used and enjoyed. I enjoy making when I give away I am not interested if they are put away I have had my enjoyment as long as they don't tell me it's in a cupboard.
