Quilt Etc is a good one (11 Main St, Sandy, UT). They actually have two buildings - one on each side of the street. Also there is the Cotton Shop (9441 S 700 E, Sandy, UT) that is good as well. I have been to both and I liked them. There is also one called Fabric Center that I liked but it is not right in Sandy (9135 Redwood Rd, West Jordan, UT) and they have lots of fabric and lots of flannel.
