I have made it AGAIN. I have added some cooked chicken cutlets and meatballs at times to add a little heft and made it my lunch. It is so good and so adaptable......A wonderful recipe....low cal and healthy. Both times I've made a large pot and have frozen half......this has become a staple at my house. Thanks again, QuiltE
