Every fall for our anniversary, my husband and I stay at a beautiful Scottish inn in the Hocking Hills of Ohio. Before we went this year, I did a search to see if there were any quilting shops in the vicinity, and found Honey Fork Fabrics in Logan. For the first time in 12 years, we wandered afield from our cozy cottage, and drove through the beautiful countryside in search of the shop. It's way out in the country, next to the home of the proprietor, Ellen. When we pulled in the driveway, there were two signs on the building warning against parking there (neither of them serious). Her husband had posted the first one (can't remember what it said). I took a picture of the one she posted cause it was so funny! Can't remember exact wording, but it said something like "Parking for Quilters Only. All others will be drawn, fat quartered, pieced, and stitched in the ditch."
