OOP means "out of print". Some sellers will take this to mean that the fabric is worth a large sum of money. It may be a fabric that is hard to find but highly sought after.
Or...it could be out of print because it was a total bomb and didn't sell at all! LOL You can always check the fabric search engines to see if something is really so hard to find that it would justify higher than average asking prices.
