I got the same results as EIQuilter. I am guessing that your design had 3" blocks in the layout.
One other caution, when you chose to "print out" the rotary cutting directions, templates or the foundation patterns, there is an option to use the size from the quilt or a custom size. That can create problems - especially if a particular block was designed lets say as a 6" block and you are using it in a quilt that has 9" blocks (ask me know I know - lol).
It is a cute quilt - save it for a baby gift!
