not enough... Unfortunately, I own my own business and do not get to spend as much time as I'd like... I usually have 2 or 3 projects I can work on depending on how much time I can sit down or the mood I'm in. (I also have ADD or ADHD, whatever they call it).
I always have a quilt to work on but try not to have more than 2 at a time in various stages. I then have a runner, placemats or some smaller projects to keep me occupied in my very limited spare time.
