That will take you to a page that has 2 spreadsheets. The one on the left has just the blocks. The one on the right is the one I am using and includes the triangles. It is fun to track your progress and number of pieces.
I'm not totally sure this link will work, but if it doesn't you should be able to type "www.janiac.com" into your browser and get there that way.
