I have just finished playing with my Frister and Rossmann, and yes the singer 12 boat shuttle will work just fine in this machine. The F&R shuttle however is much easier to thread than the singer 12 boat shuttle. The is no difference in the stitch all perfectly formed.
Yes Steve this is so sad to destroy such a nice machine. How could they???
