Since the first issue has already gone out and the only way to get volume 1 is to order it from Mo* and pay the $5 shipping fee, my suggestion is to buy the Electronic version you can down load to your computer or tablet. It is only $4.99. I bought both, since my print copy hasn't arrived yet and I was dying to see it! Here is the link:
