When my magazine didn't come this week I called MSQ and was told that if someone subscribed after 2/19 that the mailings had already gone out and that if I wanted a copy I could order it off the website. It's just like any other magazine in that they have a mailing deadline, and like any other magazine, if you want a "back issue", you'll have to pay shipping and handling. It's a substantial book-type magazine, and worth the $5 S&H.
