Maybe I'm blind, but I don't see a thing wrong with the pattern, colors and if you try that stuff that can be purchased at the dollar store --- called awesome ----- you might be able to get rid of the stain. Your quilting is great, the back of the quilt is a great idea. Give your self a very big pat on the back. You can be proud of your work.
