Depends on what I'm cutting. I like my 45mm but I have largish hands so it is comfortable for me. For curves I like the smaller 28mm. I use Olfa cause they were the first ones out (?) and I wanted to try rotary cutting vs my old trace and scissor method.
60mm is good for multiple layers and heavier fabric, I use upholstery fabric for some of my bags.
