I think your ideas on more descriptive titles is great.
I am confused about the "bumping". I am assuming this is when an old topic is pulled to the "recent topics" list again, by someone commenting on that topic.
If this is correct, how do we comment on these old topics (ex: did you get that problem solved, quilt finished, etc) - without bumping it in front of new topics? Should we just PM the person?
