I
had some curtains in my bedroom and put them in the dryer to get the dust out. Must have had some kind of petroleum product in them. Right after that I put my quilt in to dry. OMGosh it stunk. I rewashed a couple of times. Nothing worked. Yesterday I put baking soda and vinegar in the detergent cup and some of it was gone. Did it a second time and I can now use my old first quilt.
