I don't either, and I'm a new longarm quilter.
I came into LA quilting with a very good understanding of tension (I fix vintage machines and am about to start fixing all machines for one of the local shops) but one of the videos I initially used was Jamie Wallen's and I recommend it to all my friends who have tension issues with their machines:
