I have a Janome 6600 and I love it. I am not sure if it is classified as a "quilting machine", but I do quilt on it. I have straight line quilted and I have recently started to play around with FMQ... and even a rookie like me is having some fun... getting a little better every time. For me this was a lot of money to spend on a machine .... actually can't believe I spent the money. And its cheap compared to what other machines I have my eye on
