Knowing my grandson, I did not think he would like a quilt named One Lump or Two, so I wrote MSQC and asked if I could call my quilt "Tee Time". They very generously gave me permission to do do. I would think you could call your quilt anything you want.
I'd think you could call it "Handsome grandson's favorite quilt" if you wanted to, without asking MSQC. By the time you finish it, it is your quilt. It is only the original pattern that was theirs.
