I still haven't seen the hook to needle relationship though. The line on the needlebar is one part of the equation.
When the line on the needlebar is at the spot you show, on the upswing (it will be there on the downswing too, but we don't care about that one), the point of the hook should be right behind the eye of the needle. (THe eye will be a little higher, but left to right it will be right behind it)
Where is the hook point when the timing line is where you've shown it to us?
Additionally, your tension spring isn't sitting right. It should be resting on that rest at 9 o'clock. It's currently resting at between 10 - 11oclock
