Thank you all for your comments, I give totally credit to the designer Judy Madsen, her book shows what to do and how to place the designs in the blocks. It truly is the best book I have bought. Very clear on what to do and how to do it.
I now am getting confident enough to try some of Karen McTavish's designs!

And yes Mom asks, I do. I owe her tons for everything she has done for me. I never question or fuss....at least not where she can hear me! Although I do swear she has taken it upon herself to ensure I have more than enough to do and am never bored
only problem is that I am not planning most of the stuff she adds on, LOL
