When I received my first of issue of BLOCK on March 11, it was damaged
I took a picture and emailed it to them that same day, explaining my disappointment. Received a reply on March 18 saying they were sorry and that a new one was on it's way. It arrived today in perfect condition
Great customer service....keeps me going back!!
