Those cams come up on eBay quite frequently.
If I am out and see a decent machine, especially with cams, for a price like that, I usually go ahead and buy it. If nothing else, you should be able to double your money if you decide to sell it. They may not be the greatest, but they are certainly better machines than the plastic Singer and Brother machines I routinely see for sale on Craigslist.
