Twinkie this is one of the best posts i have read in a LONG TIME! so many people out there (myself included at times, hanging head) think that it has to be new to be good. you just proved everyone wrong! we live on a disability pension and payment plans are not an option for us either. you just proved there is more than one way to skin a cat, yo0u don't have to keep up with the Jones's you just keep up! i love what you have done and your hubby is a dream! it's the inside happiness that counts and i'm so very happy for you! i remember when you worked your fanny off to get donations for that gal whose house had burned down due to her iron and she burned her feet so badly on the melting carpet. you deserve this and it's fabulous!!! i want a Grace frame for hand quilting, my neighbor got one, it is gorgeous. and also $500. a friend of ours is going to build me one for little to nothing.
