I love 2 color quilts, I have a navy & wh, doing is how one learns the gimics of the trade. My 1st two quilts that I gave to 2 of my GDs I did my own pattern more or less, I saw a pic and as it turned out it was the Attic Window. I made them queen size. I cut my fabric with siccisors and used half inch seams, Wanted these to hang together forever I guess. Made my templates out of cardboard. I had always heard to have clean points and all were fine but one on the pink &white & 2 on the black & white, by the time I was done with them. So keep doing & learning, Thats what I'm doing on each quilt I finish. I am going to do a Jacob's Ladder in 2 tones, it's on my to-do list
