The seventh biennial Empire QuiltFest will be held April 5 and 6 at the Shenendehowa High School East in Clifton Park, NY. We're going to have over 200 quilts, lots of vendors, refreshments and as a special treat, Dallas Sills of upstate New York will have a special exhibit of her hand made dolls.
