I have a UPS shipment that went AWOL yesterday and UPS thinks they delivered it. I was here the whole time. No truck and no delivery. I called the 800 number and was told it was delivered. I sold a very expensive double oven on ebay. It weighed 85lbs and I put it in a box rated for 90lbs. with a lot of foam padding. Shipped it via UPS and it arrived crushed 6 inches shorter than it should have been. How do you crush a kitchen appliance 6 inches??? UPS fought me for 6 months but finally paid the $850 I had it insured for. I will never use UPS again.
